How to Consult:

1. Contact our Admin - click Chat with us or Free call icon below or email us

2. Send a completed patient referral form (completed by a doctor)

3. Completed the payment process.

4. Consultation is available in 2 ways:

Live Video Chat

• Ready patient's laboratory, radiology and other clinical document (e.g referral form) on the computer monitor screen for document sharing with our specialist.

• For video chat, click the next button or use Zoom/Teamviewer..

• Video conference takes place for 15-30 minutes

• Q&A session via email after video conference available for 24 jam (for doctor, patient and family)

• Copies of written consultation will be emailed to doctors, patient and family within 1-3 days

Telephone Conference or Live chat (in areas with limited internet infrastructure)

• Email Patient Referral Form, laboratory and radiology documents via Google Drive

• Use phone or mobilephone Whatsapp call or for Live Chat, click the Chat with us icon at the bottom left of the page

• Telephone conference or Live Chat for 15-30 minutes.

• Written consultation will be emailed within 1-12 hours to doctors, patient and family

• Q&A session via email after telepon conference available for 24 jam (for doctors, patient and family)

Consultation time is: Monday-Friday 15 -19 pm WIB, Weekend 9 am -17 pm WIB. To facilitate a time efficient service, please contact us and finalise payment 1-2 hours prior to consultation time. Payment can be made through credit card and Paypal. Fee for Indonesian doctors are not paid through this consultation fee but directly to them (individual fee to Indonesian doctors may vary)
